The software, layout, wording, icons, compiled app, and documentation are owned by the operator or used under licence. You receive a licence to use them, not ownership.

Fiorentino and Fiorentino Global are product names of the operator. Do not use them on another product, domain, or bid without written permission.

2. Your work

Reports, photos, uploaded logos, and site records remain the customer’s. You grant us a limited right to store, display, back up, convert, and print them inside the workspace and in exports you request.

If you upload a client or contractor logo, you confirm you have the right to use it on that profile and on map pins.

If you add a person’s photo or signature, you confirm they know it is going on a work record.

3. Third-party material

Map tiles, satellite views, weather, and meeting rooms belong to those providers and follow their terms.

Do not upload music, stock imagery, or documents you cannot keep.

4. Infringement notice

If you believe material in the workspace infringes your copyright, email privacy@fiorentino.global with: what the work is, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorised to act. We will look at it and may remove or restrict the material while we check.
